The Princess and the Frog is an upcoming American animated family feature film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios this 2009. The film will open in limited release in New York and Los Angeles on November 25, 2009 before its wide released on December 11, 2009.
The story is based on on E.D. Baker's novel The Frog Princess and the Grimm Brothers The Frog Prince. The movie is directed by John Musker and Ron Clements, directors of The Great Mouse Detective, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Hercules, and Treasure Planet.
